With Fat X workout 11 in the books and one workout left, Subject Fight Ready turned in his photo diet/meal journal for day 10. I must say, I’m not very happy with the meal choices for this day. I think it’s lacking in vegetables, protein and it’s a little high with the nuts. Nuts (more…)
